I’ve lived here for four years and I have had great service. Free WiFi, clean rooms, when something is broken it always gets fixed within a week. The employees are always kind and understanding. I get picked up and dropped off from school and I am always safe. They take care of my packages when I need to go pick them up. I love it here.
Front desk was great, Free Tesla destination charging that wasn't blocked by non EVs! No breakfast, cool not cold shower. Very comfortable beds, room was very nice. Super dog friendly!. Overall very happy despite shower.
We stayed here for my son's 11th birthday for a little getaway since my husband is also working in the area. His job site isn't too far from this hotel. We are a family of 7 (2 adults, 5 children ages 11-4).... this is the only hotel that could accommodate us in one room without paying for two seperate rooms. The room we got was a king/2 double bed suite and it was huge! Its basically two rooms in 1. You have one room with a king bed and bathroom, another room with 2 double beds and own bathroom, and in the middle of both rooms is a full kitchen and living room. Kitchen has huge refrigerator, stove, sink, microwave, cabinets, and a bar to sit at, living room had sofa, chair, TV. There was also a TV in each room. The room was clean, windows with light in each room.... just an overall great room for our big family. Most hotels look at you crazy when you have 5 kids but the staff here was very friendly and accepting of our family and I truly love that! The parking lot was huge and one thing that really stood out was that they even had chargers outside for electric vehicles (even though thats not something for me, I thought that was great to have that for those who could use them). Overall I would definitely stay here again.
Some crazy lady stabbed a guest in the parking lot during our stay. Besides that, the hotel was absolutely wonderful and pleasant. Very friendly staff, though the rooms are a bit outdated and worn-thru. Our previous experience in SureStay Plus BestWestern was beyond awful so we decided to come here instead. I definitely plan on booking here at WeStay Suites again. Much better than SureStay Plus.
Front desk was amazing. Rooms were larger then expected. Bang for your buck for sure. Little out dated but the bed was comfortable. Couch wasn’t too comfortable and carpet has some stains but it’s not like I am eating off the floor
WeStay is a great, affordable option if you're looking for a place to stay not too far from Bourbon Street. The staff were courteous, the rooms were clean, and any problems (which were few and far between) I had were swiftly resolved. Overall, excellent hotel for the price and I'd recommend anyone looking for a hotel near the city to consider this location for a potential stay!
Stayed back in February for Mardi Gras. Nice enough hotel. Nothing fancy, but definitely did the job
I stayed here when I was in town for a wedding and throughly enjoyed my stay. The staff were all super nice and accommodating, I felt like I got to have genuine conversation instead of the robotic scripts you get at some places. My room was very spacious and clean when I got there. Will definitely be back here for my next trip out!
